The Manager, Channel Operations – Contracts & Pricing Execution (AIN) leads the execution of U.S. Channel operations within the Contracts & Pricing Execution function, managing channel payments, analytics, contract updates, and financial controls. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable channel execution while leading AIN-based associates and analysts. The position focuses on operational discipline, continuous improvement, and maintaining audit-ready documentation and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of Channel operations including contract updates and payment processing
Oversee CDP management, GCPS administration, and scorecard generation for Medicaid operations
Drive automation, reporting standardization, and continuous improvement across Channel processes
