About this role

The role reports to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle and is responsible for directing the development, coordination, implementation, and oversight of charge defense master and revenue integrity functions. It requires a blend of clinical experience, hospital billing and finance knowledge, and expertise with Epic revenue cycle applications to ensure accurate charge capture, compliance, and optimized reimbursement.
