Manager Client Project Management

This role provides leadership oversight to a group of project managers within a value stream, ensuring delivery management processes are followed correctly. The incumbent supports individual project managers, offers training and mentoring, and steps in to remove obstacles and manage stakeholder relationships when necessary. Key duties include managing hiring decisions, reviewing project budgets and risks, and resolving conflicts across the matrixed organization.
