Responsibilities

Screen new CMBS loan opportunities for market acceptability and structural integrity
Conduct detailed rating agency analysis and create cash flow models
Price individual loan exposures ensuring breakeven analysis reflects market spreads
Structure Single Asset Single Borrower opportunities analyzing best execution
Monitor market trends and interpret rating agency criterion updates
