About this role

The Manager, Commercial Accounting oversees accounting activities related to product revenue, gross-to-net reserves, accounts receivable, inventory, and cost of goods sold. This role partners with Trade & Distribution, Market Access, and CMC teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support commercialization efforts. The position also involves identifying and driving process improvements within the commercial accounting function.
