Manager Commercial Execution

The Manager, Commercial Execution at IDEX owns the commercial operating system for the Global Semiconductors business, ensuring customer requests are processed through a disciplined system. This role serves as a control tower for commercial KPIs, funnel discipline, and operating cadence across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Inside Sales. The position has enterprise authority to set priorities, enforce processes, and remove friction from the sales organization without directly managing teams.
