About this role
The Manager – Commercial Property Portfolio leads the strategic, financial, contractual and operational management of the university’s commercial, retail, student accommodation and retirement village assets. The role supports campus activation and alignment with the university’s strategic priorities, overseeing the property investment portfolio and third‑party asset managers. Based in the Finance Office, the position provides operational, financial and contractual advice to the Chief Financial Officer and senior leadership to support the Campus Development Plan.
