Manager Communications and Engagement

The Manager Communications and Engagement leads strategic communications and community engagement initiatives to strengthen community connections and build stakeholder trust for the NSW Reconstruction Authority in the Northern Rivers. This role involves overseeing the creation of engaging communications materials, managing sensitive issues, and leading a team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Director of Communications & Engagement and provides expert advice to senior leaders to support organizational priorities.
