Manager Communities & Social Performance (CSP)

This role leads the Communities & Social Performance function across Gladstone operations, including Boyne Smelters Limited, Yarwun, and Queensland Alumina Limited, to build and maintain a strong social licence to operate. The position involves shaping and delivering the regional CSP strategy, managing social risks and opportunities, and fostering trusted relationships with Traditional Owners, communities, and government stakeholders. It requires leading a team of CSP professionals to deliver meaningful partnerships and create sustainable shared value for the business and the local community.
