The Manager - Community Mobilisation leads Australian Red Cross' national approach to community mobilisation, implementing a Three-Year Plan to effectively engage and mobilise volunteers, members, staff, and communities. The role drives innovation in engagement, strengthens community participation pathways, and fosters an inclusive, sustainable mobilisation model aligned with organisational strategy. Working collaboratively across divisions and states, the position leads strategic programs and organisational change initiatives to support volunteering, membership, and community outcomes.
