About this role
The Manager of Configuration Management is the Head of Discipline responsible for leading and evolving Configuration Management (CM) across the organization and serving as the CM Resource Manager. This hybrid role (Ottawa/Halifax/Victoria) reports to the Director of Engineering and supports bids, projects and product delivery within Thales’ defence and aerospace programs. The role requires eligibility for export- and defense-related controlled goods access and security clearances.
