The City of Onkaparinga seeks an experienced and commercially astute Manager Construction and Projects to lead delivery of its significant capital works and organisational project portfolio. Reporting to the Director Operations, the role provides strategic and operational leadership across construction delivery, project management and program coordination, strengthening project management capability and advising senior leaders on investment decisions.
