Manager Continuous Improvement - Predictive Maintenance

You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise maintenance systems, standards, and capabilities while guiding manufacturing sites in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. This role involves owning the forward-looking predictive maintenance program across all locations, driving performance monitoring, and ensuring design readiness for new capital equipment. You will also provide insights to senior leadership and collaborate with Cross-functional teams to advance reliability initiatives using advanced technologies.
