RTX is seeking a Manager, Contracts to support the Air & Space Defense Systems strategic business unit in managing successful contract execution after an award. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze RFPs, negotiate terms, and provide guidance on contractual rights and risks. Candidates will serve as key contributors during proposal development, negotiation, and execution phases while working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Manage successful execution of contracts with portfolio directors and program managers
Analyze Requests for Proposals, Requests for Information, and Broad Agency Announcements
Construct, submit, and negotiateTerms and Conditions and pricing proposals
Provide guidance regarding contractual rights and mitigation of program risks
Develop effective partnerships with customers and internal teams
