Manager, Controls Engineering – Solutions & Delivery Optimization

This role leads the Controls Engineering team to drive the strategy, standardization, and development of automation controls solutions across the global organization. The position focuses on managing experienced engineers to evaluate emerging technologies, develop standardized controls building blocks, and enable scalable, modular automation solutions. The manager collaborates with various global engineering organizations to build modules and deployment processes that support current and future automation solutions.
