Manager, Core HR & Mobility Process Design & Optimization Lead (GBSC People & Capability)

The Manager, Core HR & Mobility Process Design & Optimization Lead designs and optimizes global Core HR and mobility processes to ensure data integrity, compliance, and consistency across the employee life cycle. This role applies leading practice frameworks to domains such as employee data management, job changes, global transfers, and expatriation while partnering closely with HR Operations, Mobility, Technology, and Payroll teams. The position focuses on defining scalable standards, controls, and metrics to enable reliable HR data outcomes and supports testing and deployment of process changes within Workday Core HCM.
