About this role

JPI seeks a seasoned Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead critical financial reporting, monthly close processes, and oversight of multi-entity financial statements for their Financial Services team. This strategic role requires deep technical expertise in GAAP and strong leadership capabilities to partner with the Vice President, Controller, drive process transformation, and build a high-performing accounting organization. The ideal candidate will manage complex non-routine transactions, support audit activities, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and analysis of multi-entity financial statements.
Oversee monthly close processes and account reconciliations.
Manage and develop the corporate accounting team.
Partner with Controller on consolidated financial reporting.
Evaluate complex accounting treatments for transaction structures.
