Manager, Corporate Compliance

The Manager, Corporate Compliance is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Corporate Compliance Program and serves as the principal subject matter expert on background screening and consumer reporting compliance. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role supports the Legal Department in developing, implementing, and maintaining programs, policies, and training to ensure business units comply with operational, regulatory, and contractual requirements. The position requires a working knowledge of the FCRA, state consumer reporting statutes, EEOC guidance, and data privacy regulations, with particular depth in the Healthcare vertical.
