About this role

MANSCAPED is seeking a Manager of Cost Accounting to lead the cost accounting team and oversee all aspects of cost accounting and inventory valuation. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, supports annual budgeting, and provides strategic insights to improve cost efficiency and profitability. The manager will partner with Operations, Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analysis teams while driving enhancements to the ERP system.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the cost accounting team ensuring high performance and professional growth
Establish and maintain cost accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual cost reports for management
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes related to COGS and inventory
Drive enhancements in the ERP system and cost accounting processes for accuracy
