The Manager of Culture & Engagement at Allegiant leads the development and growth of the company’s employee culture, owning employee communications, programs, events, and engagement initiatives. This role defines and implements internal communication strategies and oversees onboarding, leadership training, and other company-wide learning opportunities. The manager supervises specialists in Employee Programs & Events, Communications, and Engagement and advises department leaders on engagement measurement and improvement.
