The Manager, Customer Solution Engineering (Northern Europe) will serve as the technical counterpart to regional sales leadership, building and leading a Customer Solution Engineering team to drive new ACV and Net Dollar Retention. The role partners across GTM, Product & Technology and other organisations to support strategic customer engagement, renewals and outcome-based initiatives. Based in London, the position focuses on enabling subscription and recurring revenue models for enterprise customers while fostering cross-functional collaboration.
