About this role

The Manager, Data Engineering and AI-Ready Data Enablement leads the development and operations of an Enterprise Data Technology team, providing technical guidance on data engineering, platforms, and AI-ready data products enriched with semantics and business context. This hands-on leadership role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, implementing an enterprise semantic layer, and enabling self-service data consumption while mentoring engineers and fostering a data-driven culture. The position reports to the Director of Data Technologies and operates in a hybrid capacity from Kansas City, Missouri or Southlake, Texas.

Responsibilities
