Manager, Data & Integration

The Manager, Data & Integration supports the implementation of new and existing clients onto the Wealthcare Administration System by consulting on data touchpoints and ensuring seamless integrations with clients, vendors, banks, and health plans. The role involves analyzing client needs and product offerings to develop efficient, automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity. This position requires expertise in data models, SQL scripting, API integrations, and compliance with PHI, HIPAA, and PCI standards. The manager leads project phases within an agile environment, mentoring team members and delivering revenue-generating or cost-saving initiatives.
