Manager, Data Management

This role leads Data Standards and Management (DS&M) activities for complex clinical studies, ensuring high-quality delivery of data ingestion, cleaning, and database lock. The incumbent serves as the single point of contact for both in-house and outsourced study operations, acting as a Subject Matter Expert that mediates issues and drives compliance with regulatory guidelines. They define data management strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and mentor junior team members while overseeing study timelines and risk registers.
