8+ years in database engineering, DBRE, or SRE roles
3+ years in team leadership
Deep hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, Elasticsearch
Strong programming skills in Go or Python
Experience with automation and tooling
Expertise in scaling high availability database clusters
Knowledge of security and compliance in database operations
Excellent communication and incident leadership skills
Prior Manager experience
