Manager de Mantenimiento

The Maintenance Manager is the highest responsible for the maintenance of the plant's equipment and facilities, ensuring their availability, reliability, and proper functioning while meeting safety, quality, and environmental standards. Reporting to the Industrial Director, this role involves leading the maintenance team, planning preventive and corrective activities, and optimizing the GMAO system to minimize production downtime. The position requires overseeing automated processing and packaging lines, managing external suppliers, and controlling spare parts inventory to support continuous improvement initiatives.
