Manager, Design Quality & BIM Governance

Mattamy Homes Canada is seeking an experienced Manager, Design Quality & BIM Governance to lead quality assurance and governance for architectural, design, and BIM deliverables across projects. This role bridges traditional architectural QA/QC practices with a manufacturing-focused quality mindset to ensure design output is accurate, coordinated, and ready for fabrication and field execution. The position involves establishing design standards, leading model reviews, and ensuring alignment between design intent and modular construction requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or engineering with significant experience in BIM management and quality control.
