Manager, Digital Office Change Management

As part of Komatsu’s North American Digital Office and Customer Solutions team, the Manager, Digital Office Change Management leads change strategies to support the adoption of innovative digital solutions. This role focuses on the people side of transformation, ensuring employees, dealers, and customers successfully adopt and sustain Komatsu’s digital solutions. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to shape change management strategies, develop training and communications, and build organizational change capabilities.
