Manager, Distribution

The Distribution Manager leads warehouse and distribution operations at Kubota Tractor Corporation's Edgerton, Kansas Distribution Center, driving safety, service, productivity, and inventory accuracy through a team of supervisors and frontline leaders. Partnering with the General Manager and cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for developing talent, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring exceptional support for Kubota's dealer network and customers across North America.
