About this role

A Legal eDiscovery Technology Manager leads the firm’s technical eDiscovery capabilities across all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), providing expert-level support in RelativityOne and adjacent platforms, and delivering guidance on complex, high-stakes matters.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical expertise in RelativityOne for eDiscovery stakeholders
Lead consultations on defensible EDRM workflows
Develop and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and training materials
Evaluate emerging technologies and incorporate innovations into existing processes
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal technology trends and regulatory expectations

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or related discipline7+ years of hands-on eDiscovery experience3+ years supporting a major law firm or enterprise-level corporate legal departmentAdvanced expertise with RelativityOne administration, analytics, processing, productions, performance, and troubleshootingProven experience with AI-assisted review and advanced analytics workflows
