Manager, Electrical New Product Engineering (ENPIE)

The Manager, Electrical New Product Engineering (ENPIE) leads a specialized team of 8-10 Electrical NPI Engineers, serving as the technical bridge between internal Hardware and Mechanical Engineering leaders and external Contract Manufacturing partners. This highly technical, hands-on role focuses on introducing complex electrical designs from prototype to high-volume manufacturing, ensuring design for manufacturability, reliability, and quality throughout the product lifecycle. The position involves overseeing PCA designs, optimizing high-layer count PCB manufacturing, and leading continuous improvement efforts to boost yields and scalability.
