InCharge Energy is seeking an experienced Manager, Electrical Reliability & Technical Services to lead the execution and expansion of electrical infrastructure services beyond EV charging. This role blends hands-on electrical field leadership with remote technical support and strategic service development to deliver safe, high-quality electrical testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability services nationwide. The position requires deep expertise in low- and medium-voltage power systems, strong safety compliance knowledge, and a proven track record leading complex electrical field work.

Responsibilities

Lead technical execution of complex electrical testing and maintenance activities
Provide technical oversight and guidance to field technicians and subcontractors
Develop and review repair testing maintenance and reliability scopes for service quotes
