About this role

The Manager, Electrical Test Engineering leads the Automated Test Engineering function, overseeing the design, development, validation, and deployment of test systems for electromechanical insulin pump devices. This role manages a high-performing team, drives test engineering strategies across prototype to production phases, and supports cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing and quality.
