Manager, Employee Experience & Workplace Operations

The Manager will lead the Employee Experience and Workplace Operations team across Western Hemisphere offices, overseeing both employee engagement initiatives and day‑to‑day facilities management. Reporting to the VP of Employee Experience & Workplace Operations, the role partners with HR, site leaders, and regional stakeholders to deliver consistent, high‑quality experiences and manage budgets, safety, and operational services.
