Manager, Employee & Labor Relations

The Manager, Employee & Labor Relations provides strategic leadership and oversight for the organization's employee and labor relations programs, ensuring consistent application of policies, employment practices, collective bargaining agreements, and employment law. This role serves as the primary resource for complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, labor strategy, and organizational risk mitigation. The position partners with HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance, and executive leadership to develop proactive strategies that promote a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace while supporting organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
