Manager Employee Relations

The Manager Employee Relations partners with HR and business leaders to support compliance initiatives, promote positive employee relations, and mitigate organizational risk. This hybrid role, based in San Diego with occasional travel to Orange, provides guidance on workforce relations matters, policy interpretation, investigations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance while supporting organizational change and continuous improvement efforts.
