Manager - Employee Relations

The Manager – Employee Relations & Integrity Investigations manages employee grievances, integrity concerns, and workplace investigations across the organization. The role ensures all cases are handled objectively, confidentially, and in compliance with company policies and labor laws. This position partners with HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and business leaders to drive fair resolutions and strengthen organizational culture and governance.
