Manager, Employee Relations

The Manager, Employee Relations will shape the employee experience at Graham by proactively addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and modernizing the employee relations function. This role partners with leadership to coach managers, improve performance management processes, and ensure fair policy application while leveraging data to drive organizational health. The position requires a strategic thinker who can balance empathy with rigorous, evidence-based decision-making to build a more inclusive and effective workplace.
