Manager, Energetics Test Engineering

The Manager, Energetics Test Engineering leads the test engineering organization responsible for the development, qualification, and production testing of solid rocket motors and related energetic hardware. This role owns test planning, system readiness, and the safe execution of static fire campaigns while ensuring compliance with safety standards and DoD regulations. The position involves mentoring engineers, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with cross-functional teams to mature hardware and support production decisions.
