Manager, Engineering

The Manager, Engineering will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the development and transfer of catheter manufacturing processes from prototype to high‑volume production. This role oversees process development, equipment design, validation, and documentation while ensuring cost, quality, and yield targets are met. The manager also mentors staff, manages budgets, and supports technology improvements across the Austin and Costa Rica sites.
