About this role

The Manager, Engineering leads a team of engineers to deliver technical, project, and compliance engineering support across the site, focusing on process technical support, GMP systems reliability, and capital project delivery. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure the site remains in a continuous state of engineering readiness and GMP compliance. The position involves overseeing capital project delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational engineering activities.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering team to deliver technical and compliance support across capital projects and GMP systems
Troubleshoot and optimize major GMP process systems including utilities and SCADA infrastructure
Manage capital project scope, schedule, and budget while overseeing commissioning and qualification activities
