Manager, Estimating

The Manager, Estimating leads the estimating team and oversees the preparation of accurate, competitive bids across civil construction, mining, forestry, infrastructure, and industrial projects. This role drives bid strategy, cost estimating, risk assessment, and pre-construction planning to support profitable growth and successful project delivery. Working closely with operations, project management, procurement, and executive leadership, the Manager establishes estimating standards and promotes continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, consistent estimating practices.
