Manager, Executive Communications & Social Influence

As a Manager of Executive Communications and Social, you will partner directly with Morningstar's CEO and senior executives to shape high-impact narratives across earned, owned, and shared channels. You will own the strategy for the 'employees out in front' program, developing training and content to help analysts and experts share insights on digital platforms like LinkedIn and Substack. This role requires exceptional writing, editorial judgment, and the ability to manage complex projects while advising C-suite leaders on their digital presence and public engagements.
