Manager - Facilities and Tooling

The Facilities Manager leads facility construction projects and provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for the Maintenance, Tooling, and Projects teams. This role serves as the primary project manager for construction and facility improvement initiatives, coordinates outside contractors and vendors, and ensures that plant infrastructure, production equipment, tooling, and support systems reliably meet business needs. The successful candidate will build team capability, establish priorities, manage resources, and make staffing and development decisions that support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.
