The Manager, Facilities leads the development, maintenance, and execution of the site’s facility and utility growth strategy at Catalent’s Winchester, KY manufacturing location. This role ensures compliance and customer expectations are met through preventative and predictive maintenance programs while maximizing equipment availability. The position also drives sustainability initiatives across energy, carbon, water, and waste, and leads a team supporting a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
