Manager, Fair Lending and Analysis

The Manager, Fair Lending and Analysis leads development and enhancement of a quantitative fair lending program across OneMain’s consumer credit portfolio. The role owns the fair lending analytical governance framework and partners with cross-functional teams to identify and report fair lending risk across products and business partners. This position supports monitoring, assessment, and reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
