About this role

The Family Resource Center (FRC) Manager at GLIDE oversees core family programming and services within a social justice–oriented community organization in San Francisco. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong program infrastructure, ensuring contract compliance with Department of Education Family Resource Center requirements, and supporting effective, culturally responsive services for families. The manager works closely with leadership, staff, and community stakeholders to plan, administer, and refine programming that supports families’ stability and wellbeing. This position requires occasional non-traditional hours and active engagement in an open-door, community-based environment in the Tenderloin neighborhood.
