The Sales Manager will lead and develop a team of Healthcare Account Executives across the U.S. East Coast, driving net-new and growth business within healthcare accounts. Reporting to the Sr. Sales Director, the role focuses on enabling a largely new-to-role sales team to be productive and aligned to SHI’s processes and strategy. The position requires representing the field sales team internally and supporting complex deals and territory performance.
