The Manager, Field Service leads Outset’s customer-facing Field Service Engineers and represents the company to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. This role reports to Senior Field Service leadership and is a visible, hands-on leader driving excellent customer experience and operational execution. The manager partners across functions (Sales, R&D, Supply, Clinical, Marketing) and supports events, trainings, and escalations. The role requires significant travel within the United States to support field teams and customers.
