Manager Finance

This role is part of the International Finance (Accounting & Reporting) team based in Mumbai and focuses on corporate financial reporting, compliance, and governance across India and the Nepal branch. The position interfaces with corporate and external auditors, supports preparation of annual reporting and AGM materials, and ensures adherence to internal control frameworks and regulatory obligations.
